Hallwood will make direct investments and provide financing to growing companies. We work with banks and assist management groups to recapitalize distressed companies.

We take an active role in our investments by providing capital, expertise and asset management resources. Our core equity investment size is from $10M to $25M and we will participate in co-investments.

We will also consider direct private equity investments in smaller companies with a proven business model.
